Every transaction earns you points. Every $1 spent yields 3 points. Points can be redeemed on specific Rewards Categories. Choose from multiple Rewards Categories to get a free drink, food item or other merchandise.

IF I HAVE THE CURRENT APP, WILL I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD A NEW BRCR APP?


Yes. The new app will be the only one visible in the app store when we migrate to the new app but you will need to download it as a new app.

HOW IS THE NEW REWARDS SYSTEM DIFFERENT FROM THE OLD APP?


Great question! The old app functioned like this: Every $1 spent earned 1 point. After 100 points accrued, you received 5 Rewards Dollars, which you could spend like money at checkout. In the new app, every $1 spent earns 3 points and points can be redeemed on various rewards categories like “Free Latte” or “Free Lunch Item”. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY OLD REWARDS POINTS FROM THE PREVIOUS APP?


Any points that you have on the old app will be multiplied by three and converted to points on the new app. For example, if you have 40 points currently, you will have 120 points on the new app. • Any rewards that you have will be converted to their point equivalent on the new app. For example, if you have a “half off” reward, you will have 200 points on the new app. (A “Free Latte” Reward is 300 points) • Any stored value you have on the old app will be converted to points. For example, if you have $20 in stored value, this will be multiplied by 40 and become 1000 points.

Free Pastry, Free Lunch Item, Free Coffee, Free Tea, Free Cold Brew/On Tap, Free Lil Dippers, Free Classic Drink, Free Latte (Espresso, Macchiato, Cappuccino, Flat White)

CAN I SCHEDULE AN ORDER FOR THE FUTURE?


Yep! After you add an item to your cart, proceed to checkout and on the Delivery & Pickup Options Screen under “Pickup Time” tap “ASAP” and a dropdown menu will appear that will allow you to schedule your order for later today or sometime tomorrow.

WHY DID YOU CHANGE APPS?


We were unhappy with the service on our previous app. App updates were few and far between. We received a lot of good feedback from our users and the app developers were unable to make any of the requested changes. Our new app has some of the features requested from the previous app and has much better customer support which allows us to request changes and features and get updates quickly from the developers. Some of the key changes made in the new app are: • You don’t have to select delivery/pickup for every order (we only offer pickup currently, so this was a redundancy) • You can easily save multiple payment options • You don’t have to confirm your phone number and country with every order • Rewards point system is easier to redeem for almost any menu item
