Bee Leaf USA Collab

We are excited to announce a special collaboration between Bird Rock Coffee Roasters and Bee Leaf USA, just in time for Honey Bee Month! This partnership aims to highlight the importance of honeybees and support sustainable beekeeping practices.

To kickstart this collaboration, we will be hosting a few activation pop-ups at three of our locations. These events will provide a unique opportunity to learn more about the vital role honeybees play in our ecosystem and how Bee Leaf USA is making a difference through their innovative beekeeping and honey production practices.

Throughout Honey Bee Month in September, all Bird Rock Coffee Roasters locations will feature a special Honey Bee Latte made with Bee Leaf USA's locally sourced honey. This delicious beverage is not only a treat for your taste buds but also a celebration of the hardworking honeybee.

As part of this collaboration, Bird Rock Coffee Roasters will also be retailing Bee Leaf USA’s honey at all their locations. This high-quality, sustainable honey is a perfect addition to your pantry, whether you use it in your morning coffee, tea, or favorite recipes.

Bee Leaf USA relocates rescued bees to Honeybee Road Bee Sanctuary in Pauma Valley, CA, where they are monitored and managed. This practice supports docile honeybee populations, integrating them back into daily life through Backyard Beekeeping Programs and Corporate Maintenance Programs.

Our team had the pleasure of visiting Bee Leaf's bee sanctuary in Pauma Valley, and it was an incredible experience. The work they are doing is truly admirable and gives us all a greater appreciation for bees and the role they play in our world. While we were there, their team gave us an overview of the honey bees' life cycle. The roles played in the hive, from the queen bee to the worker bees to what they do at the sanctuary. From there, we all suited up and got an up-close, hands-on tour of the sanctuary! We even had a team member who conquered her fear of bees and held a frame covered in bees!
