We don’t always make cocktails, but when we do, we call in the experts! Introducing Bird on a Barstool, our festive holiday collaboration with The Cordova Bar, our neighbors on Morena Blvd. This partnership blends our signature house-made syrups with their mixology magic to create three irresistible holiday cocktails.

For a limited time, you can head to The Cordova Bar to experience these drinks crafted by the pros, or channel your inner mixologist and recreate them at home because we’re all about sharing the love (and the recipes)! These cocktails are festive, fun, and perfect for holiday gatherings; whether you’re out on the town or hosting at home, you’ll add a little bit of Bird Rock delight to your night.

Meet the Cocktails

Not Your Grandma’s Pumpkin Pie ft BRCR Spiced Pumpkin Syrup

A decadent delight that tastes like the holidays in a glass.

  • 1.5 oz spiced rum
  • 1 oz Kahlúa
  • 0.5 oz Bird Rock Spiced Pumpkin Syrup
  • 1 oz Bird Rock Coffee (optional)
  • Topped with homemade spiced pumpkin whipped cream
  • Dash of nutmeg

Pumpkin Whipped Cream: Shake 3 oz heavy cream with 1 oz Bird Rock Spiced Pumpkin Syrup until thickened.

Carajillo (Naughty & Nice) ft. BRCR Hazelnut Syrup

A smoky-meets-sweet twist on a coffee cocktail.

  • 1 oz Licor 43
  • 1.5 oz Amaras Mezcal or tequila
  • 0.5 oz Bird Rock Hazelnut Syrup
  • 2 oz Bird Rock Coffee

Shake with ice, pour into a glass, and garnish with an orange twist.

Black Bird (Espresso Martini) ft. BRCR Madagascar Vanilla Syrup

Smooth, rich, and undeniably elegant—a crowd favorite!

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz Kahlúa
  • 0.5 oz Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
  • 2 oz Bird Rock Coffee

Shake, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with coconut rum foam and a chocolate drizzle.
